Manager not opening in my system. I reinstalled Manager, and re-installed Windows too. I am using Windows 10. When I double click on Icon on Desktop, the mouse pointer turns, means trying, and not opening. Please help. I downloaded an older version, installed, its working. But I con’t open my Business with that, because created with newer version.
Which version of Windows 10 do you have specifically?

I think Manager requires 1607 or higher. But 1607 is 7 years old at this point.
