When ı try to send an e-mail it is sending but I cannot see the pdf file in manager.
That is already the case for a long time. Your recipient should. Just send one to yourself assuming you have PDF enabled in obsolete features in Settings.
You are advise to update Manager as very recently @Lubos released a version with an inline rather than PDF attachments feature. See Improved emailing function so the email body is now inlined
