User can't be able to open the business

I just noticed that after I created a new user and gave access, the user can log in but can’t be able to open the business I have given the user access to. Saying the user has not given you access to this business whereas I have. I have repeated it severally.

To answer the question, access to the business is not the same as permissions. See the Guide: Set user permissions | Manager.
