I am unable to log in with the cloud version. whenever i try log in the domain doesn’t respond

Try to restart your Server from here https://cloud.manager.io .
If that fails, please return with more info like screenshots of the error.
For my own case it showing invalid username and I am not the administrator. The administrator try to change my username and password but still I cannot log in.
