Unable to login My Customer Portal Services

Hello every one.

I am unable to access or login to my Customer service portal where we used to have various Admin settings , such as:

1. Cloud Server Restart

2.  Login Image uploading

Ealier, we used to have these Admin -level services under Cloud.Manager.io and proceed from there.Now, its says, Login in to your account or create a new one. I created an account and loged in, and the system sys “ you do not have a cloud servers”

Can any one help me fix this

Sign In to the cloud from your registered email ID.
then it will ask ypu to select cloud server,

That’s right,

I was scrambling to regain access over my cloud server. I had just ceded my old email domain after a business name change and I was afraid to lose access to the customer portal.

Thankfully I tried using some emails that I used in the past, and thankfully one of them worked.

You need to try all emails possible, and hopefully you still have access to your registered mail or at least know the password.

I think that mr @lubos is to guide us regarding this change. Because currently we are missing features - such as changing or uploading our login image. As I mentioned, we used to do every thing via our “Cloud.Manager.io with our Admin credentials with a hassle -free process.

That’s not missing, it just works different. Now you can do it from Users screen.
