Is there some where that tells us the version of the downloadable reports so I know if I have the latest update
Not at the moment but if you have the latest version of Manager, there is now Check for updates
button when viewing country-specific report.

Hi I was checking the version of the STP report today and get this error
Error: SecureChannelFailure (The authentication or decryption has failed.)
The reason I was checking was I get this error when trying to upload the file to Single Touch
Field with names [‘Branch ID’] at index ‘0’ does not exist. You can ignore missing fields by setting MissingFieldFound to null. (and they have ignored my email)
Does anyone have a suggestion about what is going on?

What version number and version of Manager are you running? What hardware? Has this worked for you in the past?
Manager is 19.7.13,
Computer in a Linux based lenovo laptop, (and have been running manager on this combo for about 5 years)
Update the report I haven’t tried I found a comment about it today when trying to solve my Single touch problem - I have previously downloaded the file and then imported it.
Single touch upload has previously work for me before twice
I notice the CSV file does not have a column header “Branch ID”

I would suggest updating Manager to the current version as you need compatible version of manager and the localization
Update your software, @tom. Current version is 19.7.34, and a new procedure for updating localization was added since your version. Now, you just click a button. See the Guide: Update localizations and report transformations | Manager.
Thanks I updated manager today now on 19.7.40 and tried the one click update and still get the error

When exactly do you get the error? I’m not sure what you are referring to when you say “one click update”. Screen shot may help.

I did that and generated the file. Still has the same data as before but loaded up to Single touch without error. No idea what is going on.
