The desktop download version 26.3.31 is way behind the Cloud version 26.4.9
I was trying to open the backup from the Cloud version in the Desktop for a requirement which was not possible

I have the same issue. My organization is testing the cloud version and tried to open the backup on the desktop Mac version which we cannot do as the Mac version gave us the message about being too old (even though its the latest version that is shown on the web).
For us, this is a big deal not having a desktop version that can open the cloud backup.
