Importing Business From Cloud Version To Desktop Version

Hi!

I am importing a business from cloud version to desktop (stand alone) version.

I was able to back up the data as of today in cloud version. I already imported the backup file to the desktop version. But upon clicking the business, I get this error: It appears you are trying to open a file which has been already accessed by newer version of Manager. Upgrade to the latest version of Manager and try to open this file again.

I downloaded the desktop version just now from Manager IO site (v25.5.8.2317). Is there more updated version than this?

Hello @weng,

The current Cloud version is 25.5.22.2355.

The Cloud edition is usually a few versions ahead of other versions.

You can either use an older backup or wait for the downloadable version to catch up.

I have the same issue with Weng.
I’ve been using Manager since 2017 but now have to change to local accounting because of the e-invoice implementation.

But if I need to wait for the free version to catch up the paid version then when it’s going to happen? Cause I need to pay the subscription even though I’m not using it anymore.

The latest update was on Feb 2025. Is there any solution? @lubos
