I recently noticed that the desktop version is older than the cloud version, which makes it impossible to convert a file from the cloud version to the desktop version.
cloud version now: 25.8.14.2594
desktop version now: 25.8.3.2541

It’s not impossible, you just have to wait a few days.
But that’s nothing new, this have been the case for as long as I remember
