I recently shifted from cloud to desktop version. I took my data backup and import this backup into desktop version. But on opening the data it shows a message as “It appears you are trying to open a file which has been already accessed by newer version of Manager. Upgrade to the latest version of Manager and try to open this file again.”
I already downloaded the updated manager software from your site. My windows is also matches the required version. But still facing the same problem. I also contacted your chatbox and performed all the actions as instructed by them but nothing works for me.
Please help me in this regards. My data is very crucial for me.
That’s right, this is a big problem for me, and it’s because the desktop version is older than the cloud version.
Please update to the desktop version as soon as possible.
I mentioned in my message that I already have the updated version of desktop and I also tried all the possible options which manager suggest me to restore my backup but the problems lies in the developer side.
