I have batch edited invoices to add for automatic assessment of late fees.
I followed the directions in the guide. My customer has multiple late invoices, and they were “assed”, but no notification on the Late Fees label. When I open late fees, I get the yellow notification at top, which allows me to view/edit the fees for each, but there have been no actual changes to any previous invoice, nor a new invoice created. I am also not seeing anywhere that the fees are posting to. If I go into sales invoices, I have no notifications of late fees, nor are they even present when viewing an overdue invoice. They are just marked “Overdue”
@Beckie_Reaster, you have not created the late payment fees. The interface shown in the Guide is slightly out of date, but the concept is the same. Check the boxes for the fees you want to create and then click the New Late Payment Fee button.
