Lubos almost always posts in the relevant thread when an issue is resolved, so just monitoring this thread is all you need to do to know when it is fixed.
He has said he is already working on an intermittent problem. Just wait and it is very likely to be fixed soon.

The issue in Singapore region has been fixed.
We are using Amazon AWS data centers around the world and unfortunately we have been rate limited by Amazon in Singapore data center. This has caused ripple effect through our entire internal infrastructure in the region. It took a while to figure out how to fix the problem because this wasnāt a case of āserver downā but rather Amazon complaining we are trying to do ātoo much at the same timeā.
This is why some customers could get through, while others could not.
The bottleneck has been identified and the overall hosting platform improved to avoid the bottleneck now and in the future.
I want to apologize to all customers for the inconvenience.

I just want to suggest that for the support email when any error occur, can you just state please contact āadministratorā rather than āsupport@manager.ioā since my client now asking me why the support email different from our normal email domain. I cannot answer that since from day 1 they assume that we are doing the support.
Everyone here already know where to contact since most of us in here are using manager as white label and this will be a credibility issue among us as consultant.

@zmm I agree. This technical issue has revealed page which which was not white-label. I fixed this now so if you are accessing Manager Cloud through its white-label domain such as yourname.accounting.link then the possible internal server error would look like this.
There is no logo and no reference to our support email address.
