i am trying to reach my account but its not opening i tried to use different pages still same issue

The link seems to work fine. Perhaps you mean you have forgotten your login details. In that case, you may need to visit https://cloud.manager.io/login to reset your password. @Mazen
If you remember your administrator password then you can login
After login you can view your cloud account details.

Log in and restart your cloud server and let see.

Me too. Rebooted server - says restart is successful - but still cannot get into my account.

now its ok, at the morning was not opening like the other accounts below.
Is there any way to download the data to use the desktop version until the cloud issue solved?
we are preparing for 2025 financials and there is no chance for wasting time and data.
