to update 21.11.67


before running the installation close all Manager processes in your task manager first.

You have only cleared the temp files but the instructions were to close any Manager processes and check the file permissions for the folder you are installing to.

i am having the identical problem now when manually updating Manager to the newest version. My last update was just a few months ago and all was fine then. canโ€™t run manager at all now.

@Bill_Robertson, your problem is not identical. None of your error messages matches any of those the other user posted.

ok. solved the problem just now now by changing permissions for the Manager folder
