Looks more like the Total Security has flagged the Manager as a possible threat. In this case you need to do whatever the Total Security requires to enable it to accept that Manager is a valid program - assuming, of course, that you have downloaded the program from the official Manager.io site
Turn off total security and install.

For me no virus is detected when downloading Manager from Download | Manager
