Have the possibility to save a draft as an option to save it before creating a Receipt, Payment, Sales Invoice, Purchase invoice, etc.
The benefits for the user will be, once he starts to enter into a form maybe he will be required to stop and start another form or will say to register a customer then it will be convenient to save as a draft which will not create and make changes to the data.
After finishing the new entering he can recall the saved form and finish.
You can handle situations like this by opening a second (or third, or fourth) Manager window simultaneously. Just right-click on any hyperlink within a window.
