Tried to retry, and restarting the server is also not fixing anything

Cloud site afm.manager.io down: “No Container Instances…” and AWS HttpErrorResponseException; Restart unresponsive

Hi Support,

My cloud site is down and I cannot log in.

When it started: about 30 minutes ago on March 2, 2026 (please adjust with your exact local time and timezone)
Errors seen:

  • “No Container Instances were found in your cluster.”

  • “Exception of type ‘Amazon.Runtime.Internal.HttpErrorResponseException’ was thrown.”

  • Portal shows “If retrying is not working, please restart your cloud server,” but the Restart Cloud Server button is not working (clicks do not complete).

What I’ve tried:

  • Signed in at cloud.manager.io and attempted Restart Cloud Server multiple times; waited 1–2 minutes between tries

Impact:

  • I made entries earlier this morning; now the site is unavailable, and I cannot access my data.

Could you please investigate and restart/repair the container?

Thanks!

Hello @Rebbeca & @Usman.Mir,

Welcome to the forum.

I have moved both your topics to this megathread so the efforts to resolve this issue get focused.

To save you the trouble of reading the whole thing.

There is an issue with Amazon Middle East Servers located in Bahrain. It seems to be a serious issue, possibly related to the ongoing war.

Amazon is currently working on a fix, but for now, all we can do is wait, unfortuantely.

Would the data be recovered?

good day,

we face same problem

i have the same problem

I will make Backup Now

Saudi Arabia

so what to do now .is our data safe and secured ?

Most probably, yes.

They do often have redundancy built into cloud services.

The last update says that it’s already been recovered. But I don’t know if there’s something to be done regarding this error:
