I can’t too
It is the same thing with me it shows name or service not know
There is currently major outage in one of the Amazon AWS data centers.
Manager Cloud is hosted across 6 different data centers so most customers should have been unaffected from this outage except I see issues in other regions too.
This is major outage affecting a lot of internet right now, not just Manager.
According to the amazon aws health page, aws should be mostly back up. My instance is not responding yet. Can you investigate?
BTW, the manager status page says things are operational when they clearly aren’t, you may want to fix that.
@nktech1135 are you still having this issue? From what I see, everything is working as usual now. As for the status page, currently it is checking whether servers are reachable which they were. I will need to implement more robust check. I agree, it didn’t pick this outage which is bad.
I had walked out for an hour or so, it’s up again now.
Thinking about checks, yes, with load ballancers and the like, you can’t just use http status codes, page parsing? or private url tracking that bypasses the load ballancers?
Thanks.
I’m having the same issue. Says the requested site was not found.
Any news on this matter? Thanks in advance.
I have the same issue, “ site was not found” I sent a email to support but nothing yet…
It was working for me most of the morning but went down again over lunch.
The error is slightly different this time connection refused.
I had thought aws had recovered, but apparently not. This is an aws issue, and not something @lubos can help with short of switching hosting providers.
Here is amazon’s status page.

This is affecting a lot of others, not just us.
Seems like AWS has major outage in US region so Manager Cloud customers hosted in US region are not able to access their cloud servers.
is there any way in which we can connect to other servers in other part of the world
@gerardo sorry, not possible. I will soon support ability to transfer your data between regions. I’ve noticed there are customers who shouldn’t be hosted in US region in the first place because there is closer AWS region to them.
I really want all customers to be hosted in AWS region closest to them because if there is AWS outage affecting their region, it gets obvious very quickly it’s not just Manager being down for them.
I wish i could at least get a backup off.
