Cloud Edition not working here in Bahrain

How did you determine it’s not working? Bahrain region is online and no issues detected.

I am also in Bahrain and it’s working fine for me.

Maybe you should login to your cloud service and see if your domain name has changed. Or try to restart tje server (this happened to me once)

@lubos see this msg, our customer send in this morning, we tried and found the same, after about 4 hrs it was restored and back to normal.

@danowagroup do not use www. prefix in your URL. I will improve the error message to make it more obvious.
