I can see the issue.
Previous portal used administrator password, but now it uses email.
Me personally, I think I lost the email that I first registered my domain and never bothered to update it since I used to login with admin credentials.
I think this could pass as a bug since some users may have also lost access.
Yeah but this has been a massive problem when people needed to do anything with their subscription. And even worse when they forgotten their administrator password.
Another thing that kept happening is that domain was registered under some staff member email address and when they left their employer on bad terms, they would lock employer out of the system.
New customer portal reinforces the idea that “email address” owns the cloud server.
But take my case as an example, I changed my business name and, as a result, my email domain as well ![]()
Now I can’t manage my subscription.
I think allowing both portals to work for a while will allow users with similar issue to transfer account to a different email.
Originally you clicked on the backup button in the cloud edition when in your business file. Later that only produced a reduced backup and there was a separate link to get a full backup by going to the link https://cloud.manager.io/download-backup. When I go to that link now I get “cloud.manager.io: Handler not found” whatever that means. How I am able to download and store offline a full backup now?

This NOT the same issue. I can log in to the customer portal with no problem. The problem is THERE IS NO BACKUP OPTION in the customer portal, and the original link to obtains backups does not work. Please “unmerge”.
