My page is giving a message that my site has been moved to another link. When using the new link it is giving an error message that says “{“error”:“server_error”}”. This was just realized today, however the company has been off for the last 4 days.

There seems to be another technical issue in Middle East region. I’m in the process of transferring data from Middle East region to Europe and hosting from there.
Thank you for the update.kindly advise if there will be any anticipated downtime or service interruptions during the migration process.
It seems like Amazon AWS in Middle East is mostly offline. I was able to restore data from backup to Europe so the access to service is restored. However data from the past 20 hours is stuck in Middle East data center and currently inaccessible.

We can redo work of 1 day, no problem.
But this makes me miss the old portal backups. Are these coming back or is this feature gone for good?
