i Backed up the data via Backup option in my old Windows xp system and saved it with .manager extension.
When i try to import that backup file on my new windows 7 system… the company got created but when we click on the company name following error as shown in the picture appears…
please help me as soon as possible

The Problem is Rectified .
I just updated the manager and tried again.
Now its working again…
