How to backup business in new version? Desktop Windows

the guide chatbot gives me the below but there are not the three horizontal lines mentioned in #3.

(I also searched the forum w.o luck)

Option A — Quick backup from within Manager

  1. Open Manager.

  2. Go to the Business you want to back up.

  3. Click the top-left menu (three horizontal lines) → Backup.

  4. Choose a safe location (e.g., external drive, cloud-synced folder) and save the .manager backup file.

I apologize on behalf of the chatbot :slightly_smiling_face:

You know AI needs training and it can do so by interacting with a lot of users all at once – which it excels at doing.

However, being designed to mimic human intelligence, it also makes some human mistakes such as this one.

As far as backing up, here’s how you can do it:

You can also search your computer for files with .manager extensions located in your application data folder and take copies of them.

thanks for pointing out the obviously hidden BACKUP button right there on the screen ;-p I try to follow instructions if there are any before clicking not-yet-know buttons ;-p
