Hi
I am new to the desktop (free) version of Manager and am struggling with backing it up.
I am on a windows laptop and when I did the back up it was saved as Microsoft explorer. I cannot open it and I dont seem able to change it. Any advice please?
Did you read the corresponding Guide?
It’s also recommended to post screenshots of the corresponding (edit) pages and to search the forum first before starting a new thread. In this case there are already several threads about problems with making a backup so search for backup.
