How many users can access at a time?

We are using server edition. How many persons max can access at a time? Does it depend on server capacity? Will 5 people at a time work?

2 - people on purchase department / sales department
1 - expense claims
1 - over all account management
1 - reports/summary

It mostly depends on server capacity and size of accounting file. Low-end server should be able to handle at least hundred concurrent users so no need to worry about this.
