i want to know manager no longer support export to tsv opr excel for reports?
because copy to clippoard not copy to excel format

it does.
TSV means tab separated values
that is what the clipboard contains when you choose copy to clipboard
It contains the same data as csv (comma separated values).
I think what you are requesting is preservation of charactor formatting (font size, bold healding etc). That has been removed because leaving that information in results in error prone DATA transfer to spreadsheet programs. A wise decision imo.
However if you want to copy a formatted report to another program (spreadsheet, word processor, document layout program) then select the (browser) window content, and copy that into your other program. Most programs (including spreadsheet programs) will read the html and format it as I supsect you are wanting.
