May I ask if the developer of Manager.io wants to consider having a payment option in the expense claim e.g. Cash Account (Petty Cash - Site)? Also, It will be a great help if there will be an option for Supervisor to approve the Expense Claim before it goes automatically to the Profit and Loss Statement. Thanks a lot manager.io.

Your idea for a payment option is questionable, because not all expense claims are reimbursed directly as standalone liabilities. Those where the expense claim payer is an employee or capital account owner are credited directly to Employee clearing account or Capital accounts. See Use expense claims | Manager. Having such a button risks accidental mishandling of expense claims.
