Email can't send

I apologise if I am asking a question which has been asked before.

after doing everything that needs to be done in the email settings, my message didnt go through and im uploading the error message here.

please help…

what version?
what edition?
what OS?
which email provider?

the issue seems to be outside Manager.
you will have to contact your hosting provider to get help regarding your mx records.

i am not sure, but the server should be mail.privateemail.com as stated in the below weblink.
