Email address

I have just tried to change the contact email address for invoices, quotes, etc.
I have done this in the past without problem but it won’t work this time. I have changed it and hit the update button, but it doesn’t seem to work. Any ideas?

First, make sure you are running the latest version of Manager.

Second, I assume you are attempting to make this change under Settings >> Email Settings. If not, that’s where you should do it.

If that’s what you’ve already done, can you furnish more information? Does the text box accept text when you type it in? Does it revert to something when you hit Update? If so, what does it revert to? Or does it accept the new input but still send from a previous email address?
