I just notice that when we extract in Excel the date is not aligned to specific DATE FORMAT this will read sometimes to December 12/8/2025 even we are still in October. Please kindly check on this and if possible try to make it standard as this is very crucial in our reporting system.

This isn’t a Manager issue, this is an Excel issue.
Manager always exports data according to the Date & Number Format you choose in your Settings.
The problem occurs when you paste this data into Excel that has a different date formats. Excel isn’t really smart enough to infer date formats but it’s so eager to do that even if it fails like you see above.
To avoid this really annoying situation, you must make sure that your Manager’s Date & Number Format is the same as your date format for your Windows and Microsoft Office.
I’ll try to locate that format in Excel. Thank you
