Is there a possibilty to add in the customers reports
Customer matching Letter (External Audit Requirements)
Which is a requirement from the external auditor.
Right now I am doing it manually by word. If it is created as a report on Manager it would be useful for me.

No reports have no theme customization option anywhere. If anything even for important documents such as invoices theming has become obsolete without yet coming up with an alternative.
The problem is that isn’t a single report. Each auditor have a different confirmation request template and trying to have Manager comply with all of those conventions would be quiet the rabbit hole.
As @eko suggested, the solution could be to have a “theme” or whatever alternative to themes to your customer statements, written by the user and to their and their auditors’ content.

Why not send a customer statement by email using an email template requesting the confirmation? There is really no reason the transmittal correspondence needs to include the actual balances if it refers to the accompanying report.
Your example was clearly designed for physical mail, expecting a customer to fill out a form and return it by mail. Isn’t that a little out of date?
That’s an even better solution, requires less work and does the job as well.
I concur with @Tut as his suggestion covers off all auditor requirements as each auditor has a different format for acknowledgement.

But it is still a requirement from the autditor.
A request from a single auditor of a single user for an outdated piece of paper correspondence is unlikely to be implemented in a computerized accounting system that already provides reports suitable for the same purpose.
