I am using the export function to produce some very specific reports for a charity I support. I need to extract the customer data with, preferably, all their data but essential is the inactive flag which isn’t being exported with the customer data.
Try the Batch Update option, that has the Inactive flag as a column, but not the financial data so you might have to export and use batch update to get the results you want
The export only exports what is on the screen.
You could create a custom field for the customer form and use that to indicate Active or Inactive
