Convert payslip to PDF file

Please how do I convert my payslip to PDF? I’m using Windows 11 and there is no option to save the payslip as PDF. Urgent please

Strange. What edition and version of Manager are you using? And on which OS? Can you show a screenshot of the edit screen?

Click Print

The payslip view screen shows you `a print button next to copy to. You click on that and print to PDF.

Thanks guys. I’ve seen the option “Microsoft print to PDF” and it gave me the result I wanted.

  1. Open your payslip: Access it through your employer’s online portal, email attachment, or wherever you receive it.
  2. Open the print menu: Press Ctrl + P or click the “Print” option within the program or browser.
  3. Select “Microsoft Print to PDF”: In the printer selection window, choose “Microsoft Print to PDF” instead of your physical printer.
  4. Choose a save location and name: Select a folder where you want to save the PDF and give it a suitable name.
  5. Click “Print”: Save your payslip as a PDF.
