Caps lock On Off search problem

Dear, I want to report a problem with the cloud version. when I search in output invoices or clients the program does not find my client name unless it is written as it is registered (I mean caps lock ON or OFF). Example if I search for “Zegin” it will find it but if I type “zegin” it will not find it. It is about Cyrillic support in Macedonian language.

You are correct, all searches in Manager are case dependant.

Manager using case independent searches would probably be an idea most would agree with, but I’m only one voice.

I am not sure what you are referring to, @Patch and @Print_Vanguard. I am not a cloud subscriber, but at least in the desktop edition, searches are case independent. A search for Zegin, zegin, or ZeGiN will return the same results. All will find a customer named Zegin.

This may be a characteristic of the browser used for the cloud edition. @Print_Vanguard, can you try a different browser?

Yes , cloud version be ok before 2weeks , but now dont work propertly.
Certainly after the last one update.

You are correct, the search button in most tabs is case independent.

My post was based on my memory of searches in custom reports (and report transformations) which are case dependent.
