Cannot do batch operations this morning

What : cloud version
Issue : Cannot do batch operations (update/create)
Browser : Chrome

Solution 1 : Tried Use Batch Create and Batch Update functions | Manager

Result : Cannot execute . Nothing is copied Because the field where I should copy does not show anything.

Note : I was able to do this before but now I cannot. Is there any issue being resolved for the mean time so I cannot use this feature?

are you trying to say you cannot paste anything into the blank field?
the data that should be exported is copied automatically when you click the image button. all you need to do afterwards is paste in a spreadsheet program.

What happened was, I could not copy and paste because of hardware problem. I switched computer, it was resolved. Thanks again for the immediate reply.
