I am having an issue with trying to import a bank statement in CSV format. This is the error I am getting and have for the past few weeks when I have tried to import. Is it me or is there something else?
Have you read and followed this Guide: Import bank statements | Manager? If you can obtain your statement in any supported format besides CSV, you should try that. CSV is very unreliable.
I have read the guide but haven’t tried any other format. I’ll see if I can obtain the statement in another format and try it.
Thank you. I didn’t know how the QIF format worked as I could never view the file prior to import but it seems to have worked so I am happy.
You should be able to read a QIF file with a text editor.
