Importing bank statements CSV

This is a message I receive when trying to import bank statements using the CSV format.

“File format not supported. Only .qif, .ofx, .qfx or .sta formats can be accepted.”

I have attached the export file for your reference. The bank I export from only has qif. for MYOB or Quicken. The only format available without a particular software is CSV.

Try QIF for either software - probably Quicken first - as that is what I use for some financial institutions
