Import Bank Statement

I am testing out the Import Bank Statement, but unable to get it successfully imported. It looks like I have to manually manipulate the file in order to import. Could anyone guide me through?

Here is the snip of the downloaded .csv file from our bank.

Does the bank offer other download file options, if yes, pick QIF. Some bank csv files seem to cause problems.
