Hi everyone, I’m new to Manager. My issue is that I’m not able to see anything when I try to generate a bank account summary from the Reports tab. I only see a header but no data. I have entered start and end dates and have not used any filters. My bank account seems to be set up correctly, per guidelines, and is displaying the correct balance on the main Summary page. Any advice would be gratefully received. Thank you.
Please illustrate with screenshots, including summary screen, bank accounts tab, receipts and payments.
Also indicate which edition of Manager (Cloud, Server (Windows, Linux or Mac) or Desktop (Windows, Linux or Mac)) and version (see https://www.manager.io/download) as per FAQ - Manager Forum where it states:
Manager advances very quickly, simplifying and adding features and capabilities. Sometimes, bugs occur with new releases. But these are usually fixed rapidly, often within minutes. So if you encounter a problem with the desktop or server editions, update Manager , even if you recently did. (The cloud edition is always up to date.) You can check the latest version at https://www.manager.io/desktop/download/ .

Be specific. Do not just tell us a feature does not work. Explain what you have done and why you think there is an issue. If your question relates to an apparent software problem (rather than an accounting topic), tell us your operating system (including the version), Manager edition (desktop, server, or cloud), and exactly what you think is wrong. If possible, post screen shots illustrating the problem.
Did you select the bank or cash account and enough gap between start and end-date to show inflows, outllows, etc. see screenshot:
Hi there, I’m using the Desktop version of Manager on Mac (version 14.6.1). The Manager version is 24.8.28.1827. I have to add the screenshots individually, so here goes!
Please show the edit screen of the report.
You did not select the Holmes Audio Bank AC account in the drop down field of the Report above the date selection.
Thank you. So obvious now that you have pointed it out. A rookie error, I guess.
Yes a rookie error. Always check all the fields of a form. Please mark in this forum next to my solution the solved marker so others when searching can see it is solved.
