My backups seem to go to a web browser address. How do I change that to an internal file?
Can you demonstrate using a screenshot? Not sure what you refer to.
This is not a Manager issue. You have associated .manager extension with Internet Explorer. That’s why the file is presented that way. You need to remove that association in Windows.
But it’s still a backup file which you can import back into Manager.

Take backup from main Manager software, If you try to take backup from copy window (browser) this type problem will arise. So take backup directly from Manager.
