I think you are saying that you backup every day. Are you querying the fact that 18-Sep-2023 is missing?
Just guessing really as your message isn’t clear

This is a Windows thing so right-click and select Open with > Choose another app and select ManagerDesktop.exe in the folder C:\Users[your_user]\AppData\Roaming\Manager

It’s all very well taking a backup every day but if you are storing them on the same PC, then this is not good enough

You need to store backup on a separate disk and keep copies off-site as well.

From your screenshot, it says it is associated with Manager and not Wordpad. You must have chosen to open it in Wordpad for it to do that.

Unfotunately the manager files icon no longer associates with the manager program icon anymore.
I think it was removed to facilitate non-branding of the product for white labelling.
Go through some of the posts at Search results for 'icon' - Manager Forum, in particular Backup icon lost
