Dears
I tried to find the topic but couldn’t find.
My manager backup file size was increased to 10GB for last year as I had alot of attachments.
So I delete the attachments as this was for last year and backup the file again but the size remain same.
is there any way to reduced the size of backup file in order to save space.
Complete a Backup of your Manager business and untick (at least) Attachments
then import the Backedup Manager business and new imported Manager business will be less in size to the original.

Dear Sir.
I try to use Vacuum and it worked for first database but it gives an error on second database.

This means your database cannot be rebuilt because it’s corrupted.
Database can be still rebuilt using SQLite command line tool.

Oh! I am a accountant so I don’t really understand the technical stuff.
It is working in manager so I can continue using the file without any issues?
or it will be corrupted in the manager.io desktop application also.
I have one backup of this file I tried to delete this and import again it is working but on vacuum it gives an error again.
kindly support how we can solve this because this file is for 2023 can’t lose whole year data.
thanks.
