File Size of Backup

After using Manager for a few years for the accounting of a particular company, the file size of the backup file becomes larger as one would expect. Aside from creating a new company and entering opening balances, is there another way of reducing the size of the backup file? I backup the company file at the end of every day.

If you want to decrease the size, you can backup without attachments, emails or history. These 3 have the biggest impact on size of your backup.
