Amount not Recieved in account

When I add money to account after from Sale invoice money does not Show in my Cash Account. And money go to Account receivable.

The amount of the sales invoice went to Accounts receivable, because a sales invoice is for when you sell on credit. That transaction has no effect on a cash account. A separate transaction is necessary to Receive money against the sales invoice. The second transaction increases the cash account and reduces Accounts receivable.

If you are doing a Cash Sale, getting paid when you sell the item, then you shouldn’t be using Sales Invoices, instead use Receive Money and enter the account line in exactly the same way as you do on a Sales Invoice.

Sales Invoices are only used when you are getting paid after the sale, on a later day…
