I really liked this software but unfortunately don’t see any plugin/guide to integrate it WooCommerce ?

As I read by all of the answers there is not going to be any integration with woocommerce. So in the meantime how do I import all my sales from woocommerce into Manager?

You can either export your data and then import them in Manager using Batch Create or you can develop your own connector using the API which is up and running at this point.
