How can the foreign exchange be edited from the P&L as system won’t permit edit.

What Version and Edition are you using?
Also, please provide screenshots of where the system is blocking your edits.
I can’t reproduce your issue on version 25.8.4.2548.
I don’t think your version is any different.
Try typing something into the box then click Update and share a screenshot of any error you get.
Hi Ealfardan, thanks. I tried as suggested and did an rename edit but still got the strike through on the report however I then got creative and did an edit to rename the group then set up new accounts and whilst the strike through remains the group and accounts now appear on the P & L without issue.

Great, that means it works.
Don’t worry about this strikethrough though, it only appears under Settings > Chart of Accounts for traceability purposes.
Everywhere else only the name you set will appear.
