Exchange rate in the system not showing edit option to update rates weekly. Can you please help me with this? Our business update exchange rates weekly basis now system has removed option to update new exchange rates. Please try to make it as before

What edition (Server, Cloud, Desktop) are you using?
What version number are you using?
What Operating system (Windows, Mac, Unix) are you using?
Are you using user permissions?
Please show screen shots of your exchange rate settings (Settings, Currencies, Exchange Rates)
The current system is far superior to the “old” one. See Added new tab - "Currency Revaluations"
So in nutshell, I’m taking away ability to have foreign exchange gains and losses fully automated but in exchange I’m delivering ability to calculate both realized and unrealized foreign exchange gains and losses.

You need to use Exchange rates in Settings. Currency is just to register a currency.
I think both in the old version and newer version, that menu does not update the exchange rate. Foreign Currencies menu is to make a foreign currency that can be used as customer or supplier’s currency. If you want to add a new exchange rate, use the exchange rate menu. Go Back to the Currencies menu, choose the exchange rate, and then add a new one based on your chosen currency.
Also in “Customize” (below the tabs column left) enable Currency Revaluations, see screenshot:
This will create a tab.
Under Reports you will find the currency revaluation worksheets, where you can enter a new one that will do all the necessary calculations.
See my posts. You should enable the Currency Revaluations and use Revaluation worksheets in reports.
