Hey All
I just started using this can any one guide me with below details.

  1. Were can i find templates ( i am not a developer so i have to copy someones creation)
  2. How to add a coloum in invoice and sales quote.

Columns do not appear on forms unless there is something in them. As for units, also read this Guide: Create and manage inventory items | Manager

Thx for this info., But still i cannot make a custom colum… can you provide me some guide for that too

Use a line item custom field. The guide is here: Add custom fields for individual line items

Go into settings, and then go into “Custom field”. where you can find the things for Custom Column.
and please read all the guides.

@dcVest @AaiRIz I went through that guide earlier but my problem is its not appearing in Coloun it comes in bottom of the page, i want it to come next to item and Rates.

Kindly advice

You are making the custom field under Sales Invoice
You should make custom field under Sales Invoice - Line

To create a line-item custom field, go to the Settings tab, click Custom Fields, then find the list with -Line appended to its name for the form to which you are adding the field. Click New Custom Field for that list

I understood what you said and i am following as you guided, but the thing is its not coming in column its coming at the bottom.

you are creating the custom field under the wrong category. you should create it under the Sales Invoice - Line. See below

Moreover, HSN code can be created as a custom field under inventory items. then edit the inventory item and enter the HSN code of that item and update it. when you select that inventory item when making an invoice, the HSN code will automatically appear.
