What operating system and Manager version? Also, are you using desktop, server, or cloud edition?
Hi, Try this, get your email settings from your email client. make sure you check for the email port number and settings as well as the login info. In manager go to Setting tab and open email settings and replicate the settings from your email client. Use the test button to check.
