What issue are you experiencing?
If the problem is that the web app has stopped, it’s likely the website was temporarily down when you tried to access it.
If your issue is related to accessing the relay in the Desktop Edition, please note that the relay cannot run directly within the application.
Solution: Right-click on the Summary tab, select Copy Link, then paste the link into your browser.
From there, you can continue working, and the relay should function as expected.
Additional Tip: If you’re just starting to integrate your business with ZATCA, it’s recommended to use the ZATCA Extension, which works smoothly across all editions of Manager.
